Berean Words Of Truth Outreach Ministry was started by Christopher Deane in 2014 as a blogging resource for those looking to grow in their walk with the Lord. The ministry has since grown to include reaching the homeless, addicts, and more through chaplain outreach and YouTube videos.

Christopher Deane was raised in a Christian home and accepted Christ as his personal Saviour on Jan. 18, 1991. In his later teen years, Chris would backslide from God and spend the first seven years out of high school in bondage to drugs and alcohol. God worked in his life during this time and mercifully drew Chris back to a walk with Him. In 2004 Chris began to attend the Reformers Unanimous Addictions Program. Through many trials over the next few years, Chris would grow in his walk with Christ.

Chris has since served as both a men’s group leader and as the assistant director in the R.U. program, as head of the sound and media department in his church, and as a volunteer chaplain through his church. Chris has completed one year of online classes at Salt Lake Baptist College, received a Certificate of Completion on the “Great Doctrines of the Faith” through Graceway Bible Institute, and is currently pursuing a business degree through Madison College.
